Rauch Chiropractic

I am a 31 year old male with a very sport oriented background and upbringing. I have always been in relatively good physical condition. At about 29 or so I started having difficulty breathing with shortness of breath coming up ever so often. A lot of times I was just sitting in my car driving when I noticed it. I did lose about 30lbs over the last 2 years which meant I was working out a lot. I went to the doctor multiple times and did multiple tests and different things by s. Including a long test for asthma. My doctor then gave no further advice which was baffling and everything he suggested seemed to center around asthma and allergies or my lungs. I then decide to try chiropractic. I met with Dr. Rauch and explained a main concern was someone actually caring and trying to help my case instead of a transactional relationship. He spent about 2 hours on the first appointment getting to understand my situation. At the second consultation he presented a plan to get me on track. The plan was strategic and thought out. He also educated me along the way and empowered me to better my situation on my own. I 100% recommend him and his practice to anyone looking for help with healing their body. I am now at a place where shortness of breath is not a concern and if it does come up I know exactly what to do in order to fix it. My neck issues reached a point where it was so stiff and achy that I had frequent headaches and migraines, and pain would radiate into my shoulders and arms. I also became super irritable and couldn't concentrate at work or anything at home. I was taking muscle relaxers, ibuprofen and migraine meds, but nothing helped long term. I saw an ad for a discounted assessment at Rauch Chiropractic and saw the good reviews so I got scheduled, saw my x-rays, and Dr Rauch presented a treatment plan for me. I've been following his plan and while reviewing my progress today I realized I couldn't remember the last time I had a headache and needed meds, I am significantly less irritable and I can keep up with activities that I used to drag myself through. I highly recommend Chiropractic care for pain over medicine and I highly recommend Dr Rauch due to his detailed attention to each client's needs. - 1/28/2025 

I have been to two other Chiro doctors and neither were as good as Dr Rauch. He listens, explains everything and most of all cares about what we want to achieve. I learned more from him than other Chiro doctor. Jess is the best at scheduling and working with you and Takara is an unbelievable massage therapist. They have really eliminated my pain. I cannot recommend Rauch Chiropractic highly enough. I suffered from lower back and neck pain from years of being an active musician and Dr. Rauch was the only one able to relive my pain. Dr. Rauch himself is a wonderful person. He is extremely personable, he truly cares for his patients, and he is incredibly knowledgeable. The staff are also so welcoming and they work around your schedule to make sure you get the care you need. - 9/18/2024
